PinPoints are pay-as-you-go usage units you use in the app to access AI features.

• Use your PinPoints when you choose to. No subscription required.
• Your PinPoints stay in your account and do not expire, unless stated otherwise.

Fair-Use Principles

We believe in fairness and transparency. That means:

• No surprise costs and no monthly auto-billing — you're always in control of your purchases
• PinPoints you purchase never expire
• You always see how many PinPoints a service costs before starting it
• PinPoints are only charged when a service completes successfully

Purchase & Ownership

• When you buy PinPoints, you receive a license to use them in the App
• PinPoints have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, refunded to money, or transferred to another account, except where required by law

Refund & Error Policy

We understand that sometimes AI can get off-track. If you believe PinPoints were charged unfairly, please contact us at support@pinpoint-auto.com, or use Flag an Issue in the App, and we will promptly review and credit your Pinpoints where appropriate.

Promotions and Bonus PinPoints

• We may occasionally offer free or bonus PinPoints for promotions, video reels, or referrals.
• Promotional PinPoints may have special terms or expiration dates.
